The 30 Day Health Challenge is here!

Some exciting news, if you are game enough to jump on board!
For the next 30 days, I will be providing my favourite healthy tips and recommendations, to bring you more awareness of how to implement healthier habits into your life with ease, and to help you commit in finding your Best Health!
Why is it here?
As the days literally zip by, (it’s nearly the end of April, how did that happen!? shudder..) you get to the end of your week and all of those good intentions may have slipped by. I get it, we all get busy.
For the next 30 days you are making one conscious choice each day! You can make more then one of course, the minimum is one.
Decide on ONE action that you will commit to for that day.
- To do this, make use of your healthy email as an inspiration to try something new, OR
- Simply use it as a reminder each day for a health goal you have in mind, such as go for that walk, do some push-ups, get to the supermarket, cook a home cooked meal and so on.
The point is, for 30 days, bring awareness back to YOU and your health today. You do not need to wait until that perfect moment to start. Start small, even if it’s only for five minutes! This will soon become ten minutes, and new energy will form.
You are welcome to sign-up at any point in case you are coming in late, this was a spontaneous idea that only surfaced itself recently, that’s just how life rolls sometimes. The last healthy email challenge you will receive, is on the 28th of May.
